The Draw for the 2017 Fed Cup by BNP Paribas will be held at the ITF AGM in Zagreb, Croatia on Monday 20 June at 19:00 local time (17:00 GMT).

The Draw for the 2017 Fed Cup by BNP Paribas will be held at the ITF AGM in Zagreb, Croatia on Monday 20 June at 19:00 local time (17:00 GMT). The Draw will be streamed live on the official Fed Cup website: www.fedcup.com and www.fedcup.com/es

The 2016 finalists are automatically the top two seeds in the 2017 World Group, while the remaining seeds are based on the latest ITF Fed Cup Nations Ranking of 18 April 2016.

The four seeded nations in the 2017 World Group are: Czech Republic (1), France (2), Germany (3), Netherlands (4).

Each of the seeds will be drawn against one of the following unseeded nations: Belarus, Spain, Switzerland, USA.

The four seeded nations in the 2017 World Group II are: Russia (1), Italy (2), Australia (3), Romania (4).

Each of the seeds will be drawn against one of the following unseeded nations: Belgium, Chinese Taipei, Slovakia, Ukraine.

The 2017 Fed Cup by BNP Paribas dates have been confirmed as follows:

World Group and World Group II first round: 11-12 February

World Group semifinals, World Group/World Group II play-offs: 22-23 April

World Group Final: 11-12 November

The three regional Zone Group I events in 2017 (Americas, Asia/Oceania, Europe/Africa) will be held in the week commencing 6 February 2017.

The 2016 Fed Cup by BNP Paribas Final between France and Czech Republic will take place in Strasbourg, France on 12-13 November.
