Torino, Italy – October 10, 2011 – With the Rugby World Cup 2011 knock out stages fast approaching, the International Rugby Board (IRB) records extensive online viewing figures for the official RWC website, using deltatre’s latest digital media innovation, DIVA, for their online video coverage.
